Over the last year, the Environment Agency has been working closely with key partners such as Internal Drainage Boards and Lead Local Flood Authorities to develop proposals to re-designate sections of selected watercourses across five pilot sites in England.

We are pleased to welcome Karen O’Kane, form Norfolk County Council, who will give a short presentation on the progress of the Better Broadband for Norfolk and how this affects Little Snoring. She will also be able to answer your questions about broadband speeds.

Public Engagement Meeting
The next Public Engagement meeting for Fakenham and surrounding villages will be held at Fakenham Police Station at 6:30pm on Tuesday 15th August 2017. Why not come along and have your say? After the meeting the Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel will discuss and decide the priorities for all partners to act upon for the next three months. The adopted priorities will be published on the Norfolk Constabulary website, via Police Connect and Social Media.

Plans are underway for a Flower Festival with raffle, quiz, craft and plant stalls in the Church on 14, 15 and 16 July 2017. The theme of the Festival is Norfolk Life.
