    on most Tuesday afternoons: 1 pm – 3 pm (but not on the fourth Tuesday of the month).

    There will also be a ‘chatty cafe’ so you can have a sit down and chat.

    The Coastal Community Supermarket provides low cost affordable food and personal care products for local residents.

    There is a small membership fee* and then you can benefit from:

    • Discounted or free food, household products and toiletries
    • Help and advice on cooking recipes, meal planning and reducing food waste
    • Additional support from other organisations, helping you build a brighter future

  • Temporary Road Closure Snoring Road, Walsingham

    NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C317 Snoring Road from its junction with Scarborough Road to its junction with Thursford Road in the PARISH OF WALSINGHAM because of tree works.

    The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 7th to 11th November 2022 for the duration of the works expected to be about 5 days within the period.

    Alternative route is via: C317 Snoring Road/ Walsingham Road, C478 Barsham Road/ Water Lane, C586 Fakenham Road/ High Street, C597 Common Place/ Holt Road (Barsham, Walsingham, Great Snoring).

    (If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).

    Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.

    In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
